CubiCasa supports commercial spaces in addition to residential properties. Pricing is the same as residential — see How does CubiCasa's pricing and billing work? The large property fee applies to commercial scans just as it does for residential.
Additionally, multi-family homes can be scanned, however, our outputs were not built to break out the measurements by each individual unit, so layout preferences, like separating out units in a certain way, are not possible at this time. Hence, we would suggest you do one scan for each unit.
Please note that features such as fixed furniture and editing abilities are currently optimized for residential layouts and may have limitations in commercial spaces.
Regarding the maximum size of the buildings, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to process any floor plans that are above 12,000 square feet (1,100 m²) of total scanned area. For details on how extra fees are calculated beyond 5,000 sq ft, see Large property fees.
