We're sorry you're having trouble with your payment method. Let's walk through the most common solutions to get your payment set up, starting with the simplest one.

Step 1: Try a Different Credit Card

Often, the quickest way to resolve a payment issue is to try a different card. If you have another credit card available, please try entering its details first. This can often solve the problem immediately and helps determine if the issue is with that specific card.

To update your card information, navigate to the billing tab. Here's a quick link to get you there: https://app.cubi.casa/web/billing πŸ”—

Step 2: Check for International Transaction Blocks

If another card doesn't work or you want to use your original card, the problem is most likely an international transaction block. Since we may process payments internationally, your bank can sometimes block the charge for security reasons.

What to do: Please contact your credit card company or bank and ask them to approve foreign or international transactions from our company. Once they've confirmed this, you can try adding the same card again.

Our Accepted Payment Methods

Please ensure you are using a card type that our system can process.

βœ… We currently accept:

  • Visa

  • MasterCard

  • American Express

  • China UnionPay (CUP)

  • Discover & Diners

  • eftpos Australia

  • Japan Credit Bureau (JCB)

❌ We are unable to accept:

  • Debit cards that require a PIN to be entered.

  • Restricted spending cards, such as Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) cards.

A Note on Billing Dates

Just so you know, adding your card to your account does not trigger an immediate charge. Our billing process works on a monthly cycle:

  • On the 1st of each month: Your invoice for the previous month is finalized.

  • On the 3rd of each month: The charge is automatically applied to the credit card you have on file.

If you have followed these steps, confirmed with your bank that your card should be working, and are still having trouble, please don't hesitate to contact our support team at help@cubicasa.com for more help.
