If you're experiencing issues loading your dashboard, clearing your browser's cache and cookies can often resolve the problem. This article will guide you through the process specifically for Google Chrome, our supported browser, explaining why it's necessary and how to do it.

How to Clear Cache and Cookies in Google Chrome:

  1. Click on the three dots in the top-right corner to open the Chrome menu.

  2. Select "Settings" and scroll down to find "Privacy and Security."

  3. Click on "Clear browsing data."

  4. Check the boxes next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."

  5. Click "Clear data."
