At CubiCasa, we regularly delete exported floor plan images older than 3 months as part of our standard process. This is a security measure, and a way to ensure our system remains efficient and reliable.
What does this mean for you?
Deleted Items: Only the exported floor plan images older than 3 months have been removed. However, the floor plan data remains intact.
Continued Access: You can still re-export your floor plans and regain access to the images.
How to Regain Access to Deleted Floor Plans:
If you need to access a floor plan that has been deleted, you have the following options:
Regenerate Floor Plans:
Apply the same or another style on the order by clicking on the button "Change Style"
Quick Edit:
Open the Quick Editor for the specific floor plan and click "Save" to regenerate the images.
Request Redelivery:
Contact our support team to request a redelivery of the floor plan images.
After performing one of these options, please wait a few minutes and refresh your page. The floor plan images will reappear.
Going forward, please note that all floor plan images will be automatically deleted after 3 months. We recommend regularly downloading any floor plans you wish to retain long-term access to.
