Do you need to add more photos to an existing photo editing order after you've already submitted it? No problem! Our system allows you to easily expand your order and include additional images. This guide will walk you through the process, explain when you can and cannot add more photos, and provide information on turnaround times for your new additions.
How to Add More Photos
Adding more photos to an already submitted order is a straightforward process:
After your initial order submission is uploaded, navigate to the Photo Editing Order Details page of the specific property.
Locate the "Add More Photos" Button: You will see an "Add More Photos" button displayed on the right side of the page.
Select Your Photos: Clicking the button will open an interface that allows you to select the additional photos you wish to include in your order.
Review the image groups and make any corrections. When shooting in brackets, it is critically important that the groupings are accurate so the editing system merges the appropriate files. Learn more about photo editing group management.
Review Your Order Summary: Before finalizing, you'll see an Order Summary that clearly shows the impact of your additions, including any updated costs or services.
Submit and Upload: Once you're satisfied, submit the changes. The newly added photos will then begin uploading in the background, allowing you to continue using the platform without interruption. Do not close the browser or move the files if you are uploading Local Files from your computer.
Note: Additional Photos will be processed with the same AI Style Settings as the original order submission to help ensure consistency between sets.
When is Adding Photos Disallowed?
While adding photos is permitted in most scenarios, there are a few exceptions:
Active Uploads for the Same Property: You cannot add more photos to a property order if there is already an active upload process underway for that same property. Please wait for the current upload to complete before attempting to add more images.
How Fast Will I Get My Finished AI Photo Editing Photos Back?
The turnaround time for both new order photo editing uploads and additional photo editing uploads will depend on on the number of photos submitted, the style configuration, and the current volume of orders in processing. The biggest driver of the time is the total number of photos included in the batch. Typically, orders are returned in 20-40 minutes once all photos have been uploaded to our system
