Manage your Photographer Marketplace profile

How to access and update your profile on CubiCasa Photographer Marketplace

CubiCasa automatically generates your profile based on publicly available information and activity data from our services usage.
You can update part of the profile, we detail here which elements can be edited and how to access it.

Accessing your profile

  1. Log in to your CubiCasa account

  2. Navigate to your Settings -> Company

  3. Click Edit Profile

Editing your profile

Each section of the profile can be edited (to the exception of some automated data) or its settings adjusted to match your needs:

  • Logo: upload your company logo

  • Banner: an image that defines your company, it can be a banner made specifically for your profile or a photo you took

  • Company name: Your business' name

  • Services description: describe how you work and the expertise you offer. The details of which service you offer is handled in the "services offered" section.

  • Website URL: your website address or main social media page, you can also leave this empty if you don't have one or want to use the profile as your main contact point.

  • Booking URL: if you use an online service for people to book you, put the address here.

  • Establishment Year: The year your business was established.

  • Turnaround Time: Your typical delivery speed.

  • "Recent work" Section: We have 4 options to choose from for the display in this area:

    1. Use images from Google search results

      If a CubiCasa Tour exists for a listing, its tour cover image will be shown for the listing address.

      If there is no CubiCasa Tour, the system automatically uses the first image found from Google search results for that address.

    2. Don’t use images from Google search results

      If a CubiCasa Tour exists for a listing, its tour cover image will be shown for the listing address.

      If there is no CubiCasa Tour, a default sample house image will appear instead. (Illustrative line drawing.)

    3. Show CubiCasa Tours only

      Only listings that have CubiCasa Tours will appear in your “Recent Work” section.

      Listings without tours will be excluded.

    4. Hide “Recent Work” section

      This option completely hides the “Recent Work” section from your public profile.

  • Currency: select your country's currency

  • Service starting price: The starting price point for your services.

  • Employees: the number of people working in your company. This is only on creation, then the number of Cubicasa user will be used.

  • Services offered: simply select all services you offer

  • Contact type: This is only available to Preferred Pros. You can choose if people can contact you or book a shoot. Please note that the booking is not tied to your booking URL.

About automated data

To keep your profile accurate without requiring constant manual input, certain key statistics are automatically populated directly from your usage of the CubiCasa platform:

  • Statistics: Metrics like volume, number of team members, and recent order locations are populated automatically based on your completed jobs in the app.

  • Recent Work Carousel: The addresses and dates displayed here reflect your most recent Scan activity using the CubiCasa app.

    • To remove a listing from the "Recent Work" carousel, access the Tour's Share link settings and untick the box labeled "Include in my Marketplace profile".

Important: Because this data is tied directly to our services usage, you cannot edit this specific data directly through the profile form. This ensures the Marketplace always reflects your most current, real-world activity.
