Once your photos have been edited and delivered, you can review them, request adjustments, reprocess AI settings, or download the finished files directly from your order.

Reviewing Ready Orders

When editing is complete, the Photo Editing status of your order will change to Ready.

To review your finished photos:

  1. Navigate to your Order Details page.

  2. Click the Photo Editing tab.

  3. Review your gallery containing your Finished Photos.

Reviewing Your Finished Photos

Reviewing your images in the gallery allows you to confirm everything looks correct before downloading or making modifications.

To inspect your delivered images:

  1. Click any photo thumbnail in the gallery to open the image in a lightbox viewer.

  2. Within the viewer, you can:

    • Use your keyboard arrow keys to navigate through the filmstrip of photos.

    • Review delivered images in a larger, read-only format for quick quality checks.

    • Download an individual image locally using the download option located at the top left of the lightbox.

Modifying Delivered Photos

To update a delivered image, you can either Reprocess AI Settings or make manual Adjustments.

Important Detail: If you're sending multiple images back for changes, you can include both types of changes in the same submission. However, each individual image can only use one change process at a time. If an image needs both, reprocess it first, then apply any manual Adjustments after reprocessing is complete.

Option 1: Reprocessing AI Settings

If key environmental or property features require AI modification, you can send photos back to the AI model for automated reprocessing. For example, if you want to change the sky from Puffy to Clear Sky then change the AI Settings and resubmit.

Available AI Reprocessing Options:

  • Sky Replacement: Swap or update exterior skies across different styles.

  • Grass Enhancement: Enhance the greenness, texture, and consistency of existing lawn areas.

  • TV Screen Enhancement: Apply or refine dark glare-reducing overlays on interior screens.

Steps to Reprocess AI Settings:

  1. Open the image or select the photos you wish to reprocess.

  2. Choose Reprocess AI Settings.

  3. Select the specific AI features you want to re-apply (Sky Replacement, Grass Enhancement, or TV Screen Enhancement).

  4. Click Continue to have the changes applied OR configure more changes on additional photos prior to Submission.

The model will process the requested AI features and deliver updated versions directly to your gallery.

Option 2: Making Adjustments

Use the Adjustments workflow to manually tweak fine photo details in your browser.

Available Editing Controls:

  • Color Options:

    • Temperature

    • Tint

    • Saturation

  • Exposure & Tone:

    • Exposure

    • Contrast

    • Brightness

    • Highlights

    • Shadows

  • Cropping:

    • Preset and Custom cropping aspect ratios

Steps to Apply Adjustments:

  1. Open the photo you want to edit.

  2. Click Adjustments to enter editing mode.

  3. Make your desired color, tone, or crop changes.

  4. Click Continue to have the changes applied OR configure more changes on additional photos prior to Submission.

Updated images will become available in the gallery and for download once processing is complete.

Best Practice: Aggregate as many adjustments as possible across your photos before saving to ensure the most efficient processing. Changes will not be applied until you click Continue.

Resetting an Image to Its Original State

If you decide to undo your modifications and return an image to the originally delivered version:

  1. Open the image.

  2. Click Adjustments.

  3. Click Reset to Original.

  4. Click Save.

The image will be restored to the version originally delivered by the editing system. From there, you can apply new adjustments or reprocess AI settings.
