Check in the following lists if your device is supported by Cubicasa.

iOS devices

Not sure which one you have? Find the model number of your device, then identify your iPhone model or identify your iPad model. A newer device will improve scanning.

We require at least iOS 17.0 to be able to run on your Apple devices.

Android devices

We require at least Android 10 and ARCore support to be able to run on your Android device.

If you have a doubt or encounter issues, verify your device appears in the ARCore supported devices list. Should it be the case, please contact help@cubicasa.com or start a chat and provide us with the full model of your device and we'll take it from there.

If you device is not in the list of supported it simply can't run Cubicasa.

Mobile Data

Mobile data (i.e. a 4G/LTE or cellular-enabled iPad) is not required to send scans. You can use Wi-Fi from your home or office to send to the cloud for processing. The app requires internet access during initial startup but you can scan while offline.

Sending scans can use a lot of bandwidth. If you decide to use mobile data to send for processing, keep in mind that your mobile data charges can be large and may take longer.

Battery Consumption

Scanning uses a lot of processing power, however, you should not need more than 5% battery life to complete a scan, even a large one. We recommend, however, that you have at least 50% battery life.
