The Total area is used to define the cost of an order. We define it based on what has been drawn to the exception of certain spaces that are not part of the actual building or are not real spaces (like courtyards or swimming pools)

Definition

  • We don't take into account if a space should be included or excluded.

  • All spaces are accounted for, to the exception of HotTub, Outdoor, Courtyard, Garden, Basketball Court, Tennis Court, Yard, Skylights, Swimming pool, and Open To Below.

  • All walls (internal AND external) are also included in the calculation: this can explain a difference between what we print on your floor plan, which excludes external walls unless you ordered GLA.
