We can deliver you the 3D floor plan in different formats in order for you to import it in a third party software and use it as you need. Should you plan home staging, repairs, or anything that requires a 3D visualization of the property, this is what you need.

When ordering the CAD files you will receive a a bundle of files
2D CAD file in .dwg
3D CAD file in .dwg
Colada file in .dae
.fbx file
.obj file
If the format you need is not in the list above please contact our support so we can see if we can produce it.
Relation to other Cubicasa products and features
Colors & textures won't be included in any CAD file.
Fixed furniture will be included into all CAD files.
Loose furniture won't be included in any CAD file.
About third party softwares
If you have trouble opening the files, or the files seem faulty in a specific software please let us know and we will investigate or correct the issue should there be any.
Please note that Cubicasa does not provide support for third party softwares. If you encounter difficulties manipulating the files, please contact the support of the editor of the software you use.
