Automatic Delivery to Dropbox

This feature and integration can streamline your workflow by automatically delivering your print-ready AI Edited photos directly to your company's Dropbox account. This feature is designed to speed up delivery times and support quality control processes for teams already using Dropbox.

How to Set Up the Integration

  1. Connect Your Account:

    • Navigate to your Photo Editing settings under the Configuration section of the sidebar.

      • Note: Your account must have the Manager user role to modify Company Settings

    • Click the Integrations tab

    • Click "Connect" to link your company Dropbox account to CubiCasa.

    • Follow the on-screen instructions to authorize CubiCasa to access your Dropbox account

    • Once authorized, you will see your connected account email displayed.

  2. Enable Automatic Delivery:

    • Select the File Export option from within the Integrations user interface

    • Toggle the switch for "Turn off/on automatic delivery to Dropbox" to ON

      • Note: if you want to disable the feature, toggle the control and save your changes

  3. Select Your Base Destination Folder:

    • You are required to define a destination folder where all orders will be uploaded.

    • Use the search bar to type the name of your folder. A dropdown will appear, allowing you to select the correct folder from your Dropbox account.

  4. Configure Change Requests File Handling:

    • Decide how you want to handle file names in cases where you've adjusted AI Settings or used the in-browser Adjustments Feature. This setting defines how the system should behave when there may already be a file in the Dropbox folder with the same name. You can choose to:

      • Rename files (Default): Adds an incremental number to duplicate filenames (e.g., photo.jpg -> photo (1).jpg).

      • Overwrite duplicate file names: Replaces existing files with the same name.

  5. Save your Changes

    • Click Save Changes using the button in the footer of the page

How It Works

Once configured, the system will automatically send the print-sized version of your delivered files to your designated Dropbox folder whenever the order goes to a Ready status.

  • Folder Organization: For every new order, we will create a dedicated subfolder inside your chosen base folder using the naming format: YYYY-MM-DD - [Address]

  • Subsequent Deliveries: All future updates or deliveries for that specific order will be routed to the same property-specific folder. This can include Additional Photos added to the order or updated photos from reprocessing or adjustments.

Tracking Your Deliveries

You can easily verify the status of your Dropbox delivery directly from the Order Details page. A notice will appear displaying:

  • Status: (e.g., Delivered)

  • Last Delivered: Date and timestamp

  • Total Deliveries: Count of deliveries made

  • Folder Path: A direct link or path to the location of the files in your Dropbox.
