Setting Up Additional Email Recipients for Order Delivery Notifications

Overview

Company Managers can now set up additional users to automatically receive order delivery emails for any of CubiCasa’s products — 2D Products, 3D Products, Interactive Tours, and Photo Editing.

This feature is designed to help back-office teams, coordinators, or quality control staff stay up to date when new orders are ready for delivery — even if they weren’t the ones who uploaded the files.


Who Can Use This

Only users with the Manager role can access and edit these notification settings.
Collaborators and standard users won’t see this option in their account menu.


Where to Find It

  1. Log in to your CubiCasa account.

  2. Go to Settings → Notifications

  3. Under Additional Email Delivery Recipients, you’ll see your company’s notification list.

Email Recipient Configuration

Adding Notification Recipients

You can add up to five (5) users from your company to receive delivery emails.

To add a new recipient:

  1. In the search bar, type the name or email of an existing CubiCasa user in your company.

  2. Select the person you want to add, then click Add.

    • The user will appear in the list with all product types checked by default.

  3. Adjust which product categories should send them notifications (2D, 3D, Interactive Tour, or Photo Editing).

  4. Click Save to confirm your changes.

    • You must click Save for new additions to take effect.

💡 Tip: If your company is enabled for the Photo Editing (beta), you’ll see that option in the product list. If not, that column will be hidden.


Editing or Removing Recipients

To change product notifications:

  • Toggle the checkboxes next to each user to choose which product types they should receive delivery emails for.

    • By default, users will be enabled for all services when added to the list.

  • Click Save to apply your updates.

To remove a recipient:

  1. Click the trash icon next to their email.

  2. Click Save to confirm.

You’ll see a popup message confirming your choice when your changes have been successfully saved.


Important Notes

  • Emails will also be sent to the person who created the order (with the exception of users with the Collaborator role).

  • You can add up to five users total. Once you reach the limit, the Add button will be disabled.

  • Removing a user and saving will immediately free up a slot for another recipient.

  • All notifications use the standard CubiCasa delivery email format — no content changes required.

  • Emails will show all of the configured recipients on the To: line


Troubleshooting

If you don’t see expected delivery notifications or can’t add a recipient:

  • Confirm the person you’re adding is an active CubiCasa user within your company.

  • Check that you’ve clicked Save after making changes.

  • Make sure they are configured for the correct product(s)
