Overview
Company managers can now set up additional users to automatically receive order delivery emails for any of CubiCasa’s products — 2D Products, 3D Products, Interactive Tours, and Photo Editing.
This feature is designed to help back-office teams, coordinators, or quality control staff stay up to date when new orders are ready for delivery — even if they weren’t the ones who uploaded the files.
Who can use this
Only users with the Manager role can access and edit these notification settings.
Collaborators and standard users won’t see this option in their account menu.
Where to find it
Log in to your CubiCasa account.
Go to Settings → Notifications
Under Additional Email Delivery Recipients, you’ll see your company’s notification list.
Manage recipients
Add a recipient
Make sure the recipient is a Cubicasa user, and create one.
In the search bar, type the name or email of an existing CubiCasa user in your company.
Select the person you want to add, then click Add.
The user will appear in the list with all product types checked by default.
Adjust which product categories should trigger notifications
Click Save to confirm the addition
Remove a recipient
Click the Bin icon next to the recipient email
Click Save to confirm
Manage options
Find the line for the users for who you want to change the settings
Toggle the checkboxes to adjust product categories that should trigger notifications
Click Save to confirm your changes
A pop up will confirm it was saved
💡 Tip: Photo Editing (beta) is only visible for company that are eligible for it.
Additional information
You can add up to five (5) users from your company to receive delivery emails.
Emails will also be sent to the person who created the order (with the exception of users with the Collaborator role).
Emails will show all of the configured recipients in the recipients (To:) of the email
Troubleshooting
If you don’t see expected delivery notifications or can’t add a recipient:
Confirm the person you’re adding is an active CubiCasa user within your company.
Check that you’ve clicked Save after making changes.
Make sure they are configured for the correct product(s)
