Users with the Manager role can configure company‑wide defaults and permissions that apply to all photo editing orders. These settings help ensure consistent styling across your organization and control which users are allowed to modify service options. Managers can configure two primary areas:
Stylistic defaults for the AI editing service
Integrations with file services such as Dropbox
Where do I access the Photo Editing Settings
The settings are accessible to users with the Manager role. To access the settings
select the Photo Editing option in the CubiCasa web application's Configuration section.
Managing AI Editing Style Defaults
The Stylistic Configurations section allows you to define the default style options applied to all orders created under your company. These settings will be pre-populated for every order and every user and may be changed to fit the particular project's need, except in cases where you've locked changes.
Locking User and Collaborator Style Change
Managers can set the default styles that Users and Contributors will see when creating an order. By default, these users may adjust the style selections. If you want to enforce specific styles for non-Manager users, you can lock any option by deselecting the checkbox next to it. Locked styles display a small lock icon in the order creation interface, indicating they cannot be changed by the user.
Important note: Even when styles are locked for other roles, Managers can still modify all style options during order creation
AI Editing Styles
The model's capabilities will change over time and each time we provide a new capability you'll have the option to set the default style that is right for your company. To set your company defaults, use the dropdown menus to select your preferred settings.
These defaults will appear on all new orders created under your company.
For each dropdown, a thumbnail preview shows how the selected setting may affect the final edited output, helping you choose the style that best fits your brand and the customers' preferences. The styles shown in this screenshot may not be the exact same ones available to you as we deploy new capabilities into the system. Learn more about AI Editing style options.
Integrations
CubiCasa's photo editing solution can leverage Dropbox for both file uploading during order creation and for file delivery after the edits are completed. The Integrations tab allows you to connect your company account and configure Dropbox access and behaviors. The first thing you must do is link your account in your settings. Note: You must have a Manager user role to configure integrations.
Navigate to Settings and select the Photo Editing section.
Click on the Integrations tab.
Find the Dropbox section and click Connect.
Follow the prompts to authorize CubiCasa to access your Dropbox account.
