We're actively improving AI Photo Editing based on the feedback we hear from customers every day. This isn't an exhaustive list, but it reflects the themes we're hearing most often and what you can expect us to focus on in the future.
Working on Now
More accurate, consistent colors and sharper images — The biggest theme in your feedback is the quality of the core edit itself. We're steadily improving color accuracy, consistency, and image sharpness. This will remain an ongoing focus even as other features move through the roadmap.
Broader file format and camera body support — Some shoots are still failing to process because of specific file formats or camera models. We're closing those gaps as we identify them through customer reports and support cases.
Better lens and perspective corrections — We're improving the correction logic in our core model to deliver better initial results. We're also planning new straightening controls within Adjustments so you can handle more difficult cases directly in the system.
Improved Sky Masking — We're continuing to improve sky detection and masking so exterior photos are more consistently delivered with clean, accurate blue skies.
Working on Next
Sky replacement for window pulls — Matching the exterior sky in interior window views is one of our highest-priority upcoming improvements. The approach is defined, and we expect this work to move into active development soon.
Photographer and camera reflection removal — Mirrors, glass doors, and stainless surfaces still show the photographer in shot, and we plan to change that. We'll build automated removal so you don't have to flag and retouch these manually. There will be no charge for this feature once available.
Working on Later
Fire in fireplace — Add a realistically lit fire to fireplace photos that would otherwise show a cold or empty firebox.
Grass replacement — Replace patchy or dead grass with a healthy, listing-ready lawn.
