Why does my order show "Verifying UAD 3.6 Compliance"?

If you added a Gross Living Area (GLA) report to an order that was already delivered, you may see your order move into a "Verifying UAD 3.6 Compliance" status. Here's what's happening and what to do in the meantime.

Why this happens

When a GLA add-on is purchased after your initial order has already been delivered, it's automatically routed back to our team for a compliance review. This review exists to make sure your final GLA report strictly adheres to UAD 3.6 and ANSI Z765 compliance standards before it's delivered to you. Some rooms have special cases that require this extra check — for example, sloped ceilings or non-standard finished areas.

How long it takes

This manual review can take a few hours, though it's usually completed much faster.

What you can do while it's processing

You're not locked out of your files. While the update is being verified, you can still download and use the most recently delivered version of your assets.
