The safe mode is available on both iOS and Android devices, it fixes crashes that some users might encounter.

We would recommend turning it on if you are going to scan a large property.

This will hide the “green mesh” if you are using LiDAR technology. Please, be assured that this will not affect the scan results. Please, always remember to follow the best scanning techniques.

To use safe mode, please go to Profile -> Application Settings, and enable it.
