You can select the SLA for every single order. You can choose between the standard SLA (24 hours) and our six-hour turnaround through the Add-ons during the order submission process.
All 2D floor plans are processed by our AI vision pipeline and must pass our rigorous QA process. We want to make sure we give you the best possible results! Our turnaround time will depend on the type of SLA you selected before placing the order. It’s not possible to change the SLA once the order has been placed.
Note: The SLAs (both 6-hour and 24-hour) do not apply if:
The total area exceeds 5 000 sq. ft.
The user didn’t follow the best scanning techniques.
