Change the address of an order

Due to mishaps, GPS malfunction, or simply lack of information at the moment of the scan, you may need to update the address after the floor plan has been delivered.

You can't update an address while the order is pending. You need to wait for the plan delivery in order to do so.

How to update the address

  1. Go to our web portal and log in to your account

  2. Click on Orders in the left menu

  3. Open the order that need the address to be fixed

  4. Next to the address click on the icon to edit:

  5. Fill in the form and press Update
