There are always risks that something goes amiss when transforming your scan into a floor plan. But don't worry we have you covered and you can address us change requests.

Most elements that you might want to change on your 2D floor plans can be handled with our Quick Edit tool; that's why we limit the change requests to actions you can't handle by yourself. Also changes you can ask for vary depending on the product you order.

The table below gives you an exhaustive list of what is covered by change requests for each product.

TBD (to be determined) means we evaluate the requests based on the demand and the plan it's attached to.

Changes are described after the table, and if you can't find your case you can check if it can be handled with our Quick Edit tool or otherwise ask our support.

Modify (re-position) or suppress an existing wall, add a missing wall.

e.g. changing a swing door for a sliding door.

If a door or window has been missed (it can happen for high windows), we'll correct and add it.

We are delivering floor plans of existing elements. We don't offer design/architecture service, and therefore won't add non existing elements to a floor plan.

e.g. Renaming a "bedroom" to "kid bedroom"
This can be achieved easily using our Quick Edit tool.

Note that 3D floor plans don't have labels.

This can be changing a sink design, adding furniture that was missed, or removing some items that won't be sold with the house such as a washing machine.

Depending on the case we might design furniture, like in the case of unfinished houses. We only do this for 3D products to keep the 2D floor plan accurate and help buyers to project themselves.

We don't put labels on fixed furniture.

If there's a flaw in the plan we'll fix it, but we won't adjust the results of the scan and therefore the dimensions.

All our floor plans are built to the dimension captured by the scan. You can download your 2D floor plans with or without dimensions directly in our app, but nothing will be done on our side.

If you prefer to orient your plan in a specific way, we'll do it for you.

This will be determined separately for each case: for example is the missing space inside or on the side of the property, is it a completely separate structure, etc.

We can't combine or merge scans to a single property

We can split the different floors or structures and deliver them as separate floor plans.
But in the case you want separate videos, you'll need to submit new orders for separate videos as the work needs to be completely redone.

We can't mirror floor plans. Should you want to do this you can always modify the file you downloaded, and even edit the SVG in case of a 2D floor plan.

If there were some hiccups while setting the address of the property we'll fix it for you.

Our floor plans are rendered with the top of the wall in white, you can ask for a different colour. To speed up delivery of the change we encourage you to send the hexadecimal color code ( you can use Google's color picker for this)

We have tried to come with the best possible angle for a good view of the whole property but if you have some specific idea or wish we can modify this.

Windows and doors are designed and delivered as is.

This will be determined individually for each case. We won't do any home staging, we'll only consider requests for mistakes or unfinished walls where there's no texture.
Materials can be lighter or darker than reality as light in the scan may vary, and a change request on that aspect may be rejected.

We try to match the current decoration of the home but won't do home staging.

You might find the walk through too slow or too fast, we can change this but demands will be studied case by case.
