Helping your buyers easily understand the flow of the home is simple with an interactive tour. By uploading your property photos to the web portal, you can automatically or manually match them onto your floor plan.

Requirements & limitation

  • The tour is only available if you purchase our PLUS or PLUS 3D packages

  • You need to provide photos of the property; snapshots cannot be used

  • Only interior photos will be processed and positioned on the floor plan.

  • We only support the following formats: JPEG, JPG, PNG, WEBP, and HEIC.

  • Maximum file size is 30MB per file, with a total limit of 700MB.

Tours can only be generated on the Cubicasa web portal. It can't be done in our mobile app.

Choosing Your Tour Creation Method

You can now choose how your photos are matched to the floor plan. Navigate to your order in the web portal to get started:

  1. In the web portal select your order in your order list.

  2. Click on the Cubicasa Tour tab.

  3. Choose either Automatic Matching or Manual Placement.

Option 1: Automatic Matching

Use this option to let AI automatically position photos on the floor plan.

  1. Click the Automatic Matching button.

  2. Click the Upload button under the Tour Photos tab.

  3. Select the property photos you wish to see in the tour.

  4. Wait for the upload to be completed. Important: Don't close the window or the tab!

  5. Click Continue to proceed to the Cover Image step.

Option 2: Manual Placement

Use this option to manually pin the photos to exact locations on your floor plan using our editor.

  1. Click the Manual Placement button to open the floor plan Quick Editor.

  2. Click + Upload in the Carousel menu on the right.

  3. Select your desired property photos.

  4. Click and drag a photo from the carousel directly onto the corresponding room on the floor plan.

  5. In the pop-up, verify or assign the correct floor and room label (e.g., Floor 1: KITCHEN).

  6. Repeat this process for all photos.

  7. Click the Save icon at the top to render your new floor plan and tour.

In case the Manual option was incorrectly selected, or you decide you would rather use the automatic method, you can click on Recreate tour to start from scratch using Option 1.

Managing Your Photos

Missing photos

If photos are missing or if you want to add new once repeat the steps from the upload process.

Reorder photos

You can rearrange in which order photos will be displayed on the tour. You have two ways to access this feature depending on your workflow:

  • During Automatic Upload: Click the Edit order button while uploading your photos in the Automatic Matching flow.

  • Using the Quick Editor: If you are using the Manual Placement option, or if your automatic tour has already been generated and you want to make adjustments, you can reorder photos directly within the Quick Editor.

Both methods use the exact same drag-and-drop mechanism under the carousel:

  1. Find the photo you want to reorder in the carousel, click on it and hold your click.

  2. Drag the photo to the desired position; a dashed border will indicate its future position.

  3. Release your click to set the new order. All photo numbers get updated.

  4. Repeat the process with every photo you want to reorder.

Once photos are uploaded, they are ordered in alphabetical order (but can be reordered).

Remove photos

You can always open the photos panel to remove files. You can then Remove all photos with the button at the top right or Remove a single photo.

Setting a Cover Photo

The cover photo will be the one that appears when you share the tour link on social media.

Note: The cover photo can be different from the first photo. So you can use an outdoor photo for social media but the key feature as the first photo of the tour.

  1. In the Automatic Matching workflow, proceed to step 2 (Cover Image).

  2. A panel with all uploaded photos opens.

  3. Hover over your chosen picture and click Make cover photo underneath it.

Generate the tour

Once all photos have been uploaded and your cover image is set, simply click Generate tour. You will receive an on-screen notification that processing has started.

  • If your floor plan is ready, your tour will be ready within a few minutes.

  • If your floor plan is still being drawn we will send you a notification when both the plan and the tour are ready.
