CubiCasa offers two ways to interactively visualize a property. These features are designed to provide a comprehensive view of a space, ranging from a basic interactive layout to a full media-rich experience.
1. Interactive Floor Plans
Every CubiCasa floor plan scan includes a basic CubiCasa Interactive Floor Plan by default. This provides a digital, navigable version of the property layout as soon as the floor plan is delivered. This is a valuable asset for users and is automatically presented on major real estate portals, if allowed by your tour settings.
2. CubiCasa Tour
The CubiCasa Tour is an enhanced experience that combines the interactive floor plan’s advantages with property photos to give consumers a rich view of the property. The Tour supports:
Media Integration: Uses photos delivered via AI editing or manual upload.
Auto-Location: Photos are automatically matched and located within the floor plan.
Visual Navigation: Viewers can click markers on the map to see the corresponding view of the space.
User Customization: Photos can be added, removed, and photo markers adjusted and more

When is the Photo Tour Created with AI Photo Editing?
For orders using CubiCasa’s AI editing services, the system automatically sends photos to be matched once:
The Photo Editing order has been delivered.
The Floor Plan has been delivered.

Configuring Your Photo Tour in AI editing orders
When creating an AI editing order, you can configure your preferences by scrolling to the bottom of the Stylistic Configurations page.
For Plus and Plus 3D Users
You can choose how you want the system to handle your finished photos:
Create the Tour for me (Automatic Tour Creation):
No Intervention: All finished photos are mapped into the tour automatically upon delivery.
Customization: You can use Quick Edit features later to refine the tour as needed.
I'll Create the Tour (Manual Creation):
Deferred Generation: The Photo Tour is not created until you have reviewed your delivered photos and triggered the generation
Manual Trigger: Once photos are ready, select the Create Tour option in the Photo Editing order’s detail page. Your AI-edited photos will be waiting for you to import, configure, and deliver.
For Lite and Standard Users
Convenient Upgrade: You will see an option to upgrade your package to Plus during order creation to gain more control, customization, and unlock the rich photo experience. Upgrading grants immediate access to the CubiCasa Tour with photos once the order is complete.
