Reviewing Your Scan

We advise you to always review your scan before you leave the property. Cubicasa requires you to scan the whole property in order to produce the floor plan.

Adding a Missing Room Before Processing (iOS Only)

You can resume a scan that wasn't yet sent for processing. You can resume any scan from where you stopped, which allows you to add missing areas without completely redoing the scan.

Important: This feature is currently for iOS only, and the order must be completed but not yet sent for processing.

To learn more about using this feature read our full guide on how to Resume scan (iOS only)

Requesting a Missing Room After Processing

As a workaround, if you only forgot to scan one room, you can request an edit after you have received the floor plan.

  1. Submit a Change Request.

  2. Include a sketch/draft showing the position, the shape, and the room's dimensions.

Note: Our production team will do their best to add it to the floor plan for you. Please note, that if the room is too complex, or if there is more than one room to be added, the production team might reject the request.

When You Need to Redo the Scan

If you have forgotten to scan more than one room or an unscanned floor, you have to redo the entire scan.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I combine or merge multiple scans of the same property?

No, we are unable to combine or merge orders. If you submit multiple scans for the same property, each will be processed/charged separately.
