No need to tidy up, however, if the house is cluttered and you cannot see an entire wall, you should consider moving objects before you scan so that at least a portion of the wall where it meets the floor is visible.

If there are items blocking visibility to appliances or other items which are shown in the floor plan, we recommend that you clear those spaces up.

Just remember that if there are many objects preventing visibility to the floor/wall line, this might affect the accuracy of your floor plan.

Note: The LiDAR devices can handle cluttered spaces much better than the non-lidar iOS and Android devices.
