3D product for properties over 5.000sq.ft/465m2
If the property you scanned is more than 5.000sq.ft/465m2, you will be charged additional processing fees of 35$/€ for each additional 5.000sq.ft/465m2. Please note that 2D floor plan incurs an additional fee, please refer to our pricing page for more details.
Examples
a 7.000 sq.ft/650m2 property scan will cost an extra 35$/€
a 11.000 sq.ft/1021m2 property scan will cost an extra 70$/€
This fee is applied to the order, not the add-ons, the fee will be the same whether you order only a basic 3D floor plan or a marketing bundle.
Maximum limit for 3D products
We only deliver 3D products for properties which don't exceed 12.000sq.ft/1.115m2.
Should the scanned property exceed that limit, you will be refunded for the item that were not delivered.
Delivery and SLA
Our standard SLA of 48 hours is for regular size order. Larger properties may exceed that time, depending on the actual area size and the products ordered. The estimated delivery time for large property orders is 3 to 5 days.
Properties under construction
We don't deliver 3D products for properties that are under construction. We can handle finished empty house though provided we get enough detailed information.
