Configure delivery notifications for orders assigned to a collaborator

Let managers be aware of orders delivery

Overview

The Collaborator Delivery Emails section allows company managers to choose which managers will automatically receive delivery notifications for orders submitted by Collaborators — the least-privileged user type in CubiCasa.

This ensures that managers are always notified when a collaborator’s order is completed. It’s an easy way to keep your management team informed and maintain oversight of collaborator activity.

Who can use this

  • Only users with the manager role can access and edit this section under Settings → Notifications

  • Only managers can be set as recipient.

Where to find It

  1. Log in to your CubiCasa account.

  2. Go to Settings → Notifications

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Collaborator Delivery Emails section.

Manage recipients

Add managers

  1. Click inside the email entry field under Collaborator Delivery Emails.

  2. Begin typing the manager’s name or email address.

  3. Select the desired user. (You can repeat step 3 & 4 to add multiple user)

  4. Click Save to confirm your changes.

Removing a Manager

If you need to stop sending collaborator delivery notifications to a manager:

  1. Click the “X” next to their email in the list.

  2. Click Save to confirm your update.

  3. You’ll see a popup confirming that your changes have been saved successfully.

How It Works

  • When a Collaborator completes an order, CubiCasa will automatically send delivery notifications to the assigned Manager(s) listed in this section

    • Notifications use the same delivery email format as other CubiCasa order deliveries.

  • When a Collaborator completes an order, CubiCasa will not send delivery notifications to the collaborator who completed the work

  • Changes to this list take effect immediately after saving.

Additional information

  • If a user is removed from your company or loses Manager permissions, they will be automatically removed from this list.

  • This section is separate from Additional Email Delivery Recipients, which applies to all company orders, not just collaborator submissions.

Troubleshooting

If collaborator delivery emails are not being received:

  • Confirm the manager’s email address is active in CubiCasa and correctly listed in this section.

  • Make sure the changes were saved (look for the confirmation popup).

  • Check spam or filtered folders in your email.
