You have the option to attach a scan you have done offline to an already existing Draft Order. It’s quite simple:
1. Open the draft which should have had the scan.
2. Click on Attach Scan.
3. A list opens with all your not-sent scans on the device.
4. Select the correct scan, and click on it.
5. Click on Send for Processing.
6. Done!
Detaching a Scan from a Draft Order
If you've mistakenly attached an incorrect scan to a draft order, you can easily reverse this action instead of deleting the scan entirely.
Navigate to the order page.
Click the Detach scan button.
