Billing period
You receive an invoice at the beginning of each month for all the scans submitted on the previous 30 days.
Access the billing history
You can also find the list of all your invoices by following the steps below:
Go to our web portal and log in to your account
Select Settings in the menu on the left
Select General in the sub menu
Click on the Billing tab
You'll find your Billing history at the bottom of the page
Invoice details
From the invoice list, for each item you can:
View report
This report contains an invoice summary as well as the invoice details which can Export to CSV or Print.
View receipt
From that view you can download an invoice or a receipt for your accounting.
