You can download your floor plans from either the Web Portal or the CubiCasa mobile app.
From the Web Portal
To download your floor plans from the website:
Log in to your account on the Web Portal.
Click on Order History in the left-side menu.
Select the order you want to download.
Click the Download button located in the upper-left corner of the screen.
Choose whether you would like to include dimensions and select the files you want to download. You have the option to select all available files.
Scroll down and click Download.
A compressed folder containing all selected files will be downloaded to your device. Open the folder and extract the files to access them.
Please note: Only the formats and options included in the selected package and purchased add-ons will be available for download.
Available formats on the Web Portal
Floor plans can be downloaded in the following formats, with or without measurements:
JPG
PNG
SVG (available only with the Plus or Plus 3D package)
PDF
From the Mobile App
To download your floor plans using the CubiCasa mobile app:
Open the CubiCasa mobile app on your device.
Tap on Orders.
Select the order you want to download.
Note: The order must have the status Ready.
Tap on the file you want to download (for example, 2D Floor Plan or GLA).
Toggle dimensions on or off, depending on your preference.
Tap Share or Save.
Choose your preferred file format.
Available formats on the Mobile App
Floor plans can be downloaded from the mobile app in the following formats, with or without measurements:
JPG
PNG
Please note: The GLA report (.pdf) is not available for download through the mobile app. It must be downloaded from the Web Portal.
