We'll produce a walkthrough of the house to give the viewers a real sense of space and how it actually feels to be in the house.
The standard walkthrough of a video is always from main foyer to living room/dining area/kitchen and then to other areas. If you'd like to have different walkthrough, you should provide the information in the comment when ordering.

NEW: more options for your 3D videos

You can now ask for portrait format and sped up version of the video by stating in the comment of your order. Read below for more information.

If you want to know more about the furnitures, materials and textures please read this article.

Video length & speed

A classic video length should be between 2 and 3 minutes long but it will always vary depending on the size of the property and its complexity.
You can ask for a "sped up" version of the video where the transitions between room are accelerated, reducing the total length of the video. Ask for it in the order comments.

Orientation

The default video will be in landscape but you can ask to have it in portrait instead (for mobile use for example), simply ask for it in the order comments.

Resolution

The video format is full HD (1920 x 1080).

Format

The video will be delivered as an mp4 file, encoded using the MPEG-4 AAC, H.264 codec.

File size and quality

The original file size is mainly related to the length of the video. The resolution and format chosen ensure a high quality for the video.

Note that based on the platform you use to host the video, it might get compressed and lose quality. We recommend you to check the video quality on your own device first; if you see a quality difference after uploading it to a platform you will know the loss comes from the platform.

If you have a quality issue on your own device right after a download from Cubicasa, please reach out to us so we can investigate the issue.

Hosting video links

The video link we provide is only meant to let you review it and should be shared to external person, all our links have a traffic limit which ultimately will prevent other viewers to see it.
You should download the video and host it on a dedicated website such as your listing portal.
