Once your tour is created, you can adjust visibility settings and get the link to share it through the Internet.
Locating the tour sharing settings
Access the settings
In the web portal select your order in your order list
Click on Cubicasa Tour tab
Above the Tour preview, on the right click Share
The tour settings panel opens
Understanding sharing options
When the tour is created it has a web address (URL) where it can be viewed. Cubicasa is hosting the tour and the picture for you, and you can share it in multiple ways:
Link: this is used to share on social media
You can also toggle on MLS Compliance, which will generate an alternative link that will help improve the Tour's compatibility with most MLS rules
If the MLS link is used, you can also use the non-MLS link for single property websites and social media
Embedded code: this an advanced use if your building your own listing page or use tool that works with embedded code.
Configure what to show
Some elements can be hidden from the tour to make it easier to read and/or improve confidentiality.
Approximate dimensions shows the dimensions of the rooms on the plan in either Imperial or Metric
Property address: uncheck this box if you want to keep the address secret
Photographer attribution: An exclusive feature for CPP Pro members. This allows you to include the photographer's branding within the tour interface.
Managing Tour Visibility and Access
You have full control over how the Tour URL can be accessed. Under the Tour Link Access menu, you can set the tour to:
Online: Anyone with the link can access and view the tour
When the Online status is selected, you can further manage visibility by toggling Allow special display for real estate portals or choosing to Include in my Marketplace profile.
Offline: No one can access or view the tour. This will also remove the tour from real estate portals and remove the tour from the Marketplace.
