Guide to CubiCasa’s Pricing & Billing

CubiCasa operates on a transparent, pay-as-you-go model. We believe in flexibility, which means you only pay for what you use. There are no hidden subscription fees or recurring costs.

Here is everything you need to know about how our billing works.

1. How Pricing Works

Our pricing is based strictly on activity.

  • Per-Order Charges: Fees are calculated for each individual scan or floor plan you submit.

  • No Subscriptions: You are never charged a monthly or annual fee just for having an account.

  • Zero Activity = Zero Cost: If you do not place an order during a billing cycle, you will not receive an invoice.

You can use our interactive pricing page to see how much your choices would total:

2. Payment Methods & Card Verification

When you add a credit or debit card to your account for the first time, you may notice a transaction on your statement.

  • The Pre-Authorization: We perform a temporary pre-authorization of $0.5 USD.

  • Why we do this: This is a security measure to verify that the card is valid and active.

  • It is NOT a charge: This is a temporary hold, not an actual charge. We will cancel/void this transaction within a few minutes.

3. The Billing Cycle

Rather than charging your card every time you click "place order," we aggregate your orders to keep your accounting simple.

  • Invoicing: All orders placed during the month are grouped into a single invoice.

  • Closing Date: Invoices close on the 1st of each month.

  • Charge Date: Your card on file is billed on the 3rd of each month.

Example: If you order two Plus floor plans in January, you will receive one invoice on February 1st totaling the cost of both plans. Your card will be charged for that total on February 3rd.

4. Viewing Your Invoices

You can access detailed breakdowns of your spending at any time. Please check this article on how to do it.
