Are old historical scans interfering with your current work or taking up storage space on your device? Whether you are looking to clean up your dashboard or correct a mistake, you can easily manage and remove unwanted scans. The correct method depends on whether the scan is unsent, attached to a draft, or already processed.
Deleting an Unsent Scan
Our app allows you to manage scans that haven't been sent yet. If you have scans labeled as "To Send" that are no longer needed, you can easily remove them directly from the app:
Navigate to My orders > To send.
Tap on the order you wish to remove.
Click the Trash icon to delete the unsent scan from your device.
Freeing Up Device Storage
Important: If you notice that the CubiCasa app is taking up a lot of storage space on your phone, you can delete and reinstall the app to quickly clear the data. This will automatically delete all unsent scans, freeing up your storage space.
Please make sure you have sent all the orders you need for processing first!
Once the app is deleted, any unsent scans are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Detaching a Scan from a Draft Order
If you've mistakenly attached an incorrect scan to a draft order, you can easily reverse this action instead of deleting the scan entirely.
Navigate to the order page.
Click the Detach scan button.
Note: This will remove the scan from the draft order and return it to your list of unsent scans. For more information, read our full guide on attaching an existing scan to a draft order.
Deleting a Processed Order
Once an order has been successfully sent for processing, it cannot be deleted manually from your dashboard.
Important: If you need a processed order permanently removed from your account, please contact our Customer Support team at help@cubicasa.com, and we will assist you with the deletion.
